1.Use of personal data

Respective data does not contain any references to the identity of the user and will be erased after evaluation.

In addition the user may provide his email-adress and/or his name via the contact form for general requests or in respective spots on this website for the purpose of obtaining further information regarding specific estate offers. The provided data will only be used for the purpose of responding to general requests or transfering further information regarding specific estate offers. Any further use of this data, in particular recording, use for marketing purposes or transfer to third parties will not take place.

DRESTATE Services GmbH protects this website und others systems with technical und organisational measures against loss, damage, access, alteration or circulation of user data by unauthorized persons. Despite constant controle protection to the full extend against all risks will not be obtainable.

3. Right to request information

According to the German Data Protection Act the user is entitled to the right to request information regarding recorded data relating to the user as well as to the right to correct, delete or block recorded data.
